How do I place an order?
We only sell
our products online through our secure checkout. Please no orders via email,
fax, phone, etc...
When you decide to purchase an item, choose any options required (fabric, finish
color) and click 'Add To Basket' button on the product page.
Next, click on 'View Basket' button on top menu bar. If everything looks
correct, click 'Proceed To Checkout' button. Here you will fill out the 'Ship
To' (address where the product(s) will be delivered) and 'Bill To' (address
where credit card statement is sent) information. Click 'Continue' at the bottom
right of the screen.
Now you will see the shipping & handling charge for the delivery address you
provided. Below that, select your payment method (Visa, MasterCard, Discover)
and click 'Continue' at bottom right.
On this screen you will add your credit or debit card information and click
'Continue' to submit the order.
The next page should be printed as a receipt. You will also receive an email
confirmation with all order information within the hour. 2.
How
much does shipping cost?
You can calculate
shipping by adding the items you wish to order to your basket (include all
options such as finish color and fabric style). Then, fill out your address
information in the first checkout screen. Click continue at the bottom
right-hand corner. The next screen will show you your shipping rate to the
delivery address provided in the previous step. Nothing will be ordered or
charged to you unless you continue through the rest of the checkout
process.
Please note that our Total Cost of product, including shipping, will still be
cheaper than most websites that claim to have FREE SHIPPING or Low Shipping
Costs because they mark-up the product price to include their freight expenses.
Therefore, we have confidence to provide the best price, quality products, and
excellent services as you would expect! 3.
Can I order single items from a set?
No. OfficeAndHome.net
only sells the items in full sets as a full set only. We do not sell single
items from a full set of furniture. Thank you. 4.
When will my product(s) be shipped?
After you
place the order online:
We will ship your item in about 1-2 weeks if it is In-Stock.
We will ship your item in about 4-8 weeks if it is Out-Of-Stock (backordered).
The shipping company will call you to setup the delivery appointment.

Can I receive fabric swatches or wood color panels before I purchase?
Unfortunately,
we do not provide fabric swatches or color panels to potential customers. We
have provided photos linked from each product page for your convenience. These
pictures are very accurate and our customers have all been extremely
satisfied. 6.
Will my product(s) be
assembled when it arrives? All rattan furniture
and wood furniture (excluding game tables) is fully assembled before being shipped.
Game tables will require some minor assembly.
Office chairs will arrive RTA
(ready-to-assemble). 7.
Why
does OfficeAndHome.net not accept order cancellations? OfficeAndHome.net
has a company policy of not accepting order cancellations. All orders are final
once submitted through our secure checkout process. 8.
What
if my product(s) is short or damaged upon delivery? All shortages or damaged goods claims must be made
within 7 calendar days of receipt. Do not discard any defective items without
authorization:
1. When your item(s) is delivered, do not accept without first visually scanning
all exterior packaging for handling damage. If you find damage to any exterior
packaging, inform the delivery person and request a damage inspection to ensure
the product was not damaged during the moving process.
ATTENTION:
If you receive an item that is damaged due to shipping company handling, YOU MUST CLAIM damage with the SHIPPING COMPANY. We cannot accept returns due to shipping company negligence. Inspect your package thoroughly when it arrives and contact the shipper immediately if the item is damaged from handling. 2.
If you find damage after the delivery carrier has left due to freight handling,
set aside the damaged item(s) in their original containers.
Immediately contact
the local office of the delivery company (i.e. UPS, Old Dominion, etc.) to
arrange a damage inspection.
3. Check the packing list provided with delivery to
make sure you have received the correct items and quantities. If not, contact
the phone number (shipper) on the packing list immediately to explain the missing items.
If you feel the item is damaged from something other than freight handling,
please call the phone number (shipper) on the packing list. Please have your invoice
number and item numbers ready when you call. Merchandise returned without a
written return authorization number and form, will not be accepted for credit. 4.
If you order an item with glass, please make sure that you check the glass once you receive it
and before the delivery
person leaves. If broken, please notate on the sign sheet from shipping company
that "THE GLASS WAS BROKEN" next to your signature. Also, please contact us
immediately for replacement of glass. 9.
Is
rattan furniture durable? Yes, rattan is a very
strong natural hardwood that grows as a vine. Unlike bamboo, rattan cane is
solid wood all the way through, not hollow. The cane is bent and shaped to
form the frames for furniture. Once it is steamed and bent to shape, it
will never change or warp. The bark of the rattan cane is peeled and used to
create the wicker-weaved designs that many rattan products have. Every rattan
furniture piece is a unique treasure to savor for a lifetime.
10. Will you
sell my product(s) on your website?

only sells the items on our website. If you are a vendor or manufacturer of
products, please do not solicit us to sell your items. Thank you.
