TERMS - All Categories
1.
No sales tax is required except for residents of Pennsylvania (6%).
2. Currently we ship to the lower 48 United States (sorry Hawaii,
Alaska).
3. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the
"Customer", calculated and paid upon checkout, unless otherwise stated.
4. All orders are final and not subject to cancellation.
5. All claims for shortages or damaged goods must be made within 7
calendar days of receipt (read FAQ's for more
information regarding shortages or damaged items upon delivery).

Shipping Time Table Agreement:
After you place the
order online.
We will ship your
item in about 1-2 weeks if it is In-Stock.
We will ship your
item in about 4-8 weeks if it is Out-Of-Stock (backordered).
The shipping
company will call you to setup the delivery appointment.
ATTENTION:
If you receive an item that is damaged due to shipping company handling, YOU MUST CLAIM
DAMAGE with the SHIPPING COMPANY. We cannot accept returns due to shipping company negligence. Inspect your package thoroughly when it arrives and contact the shipper immediately if the item is damaged from handling.
